We make getting your website online an easy process by following the steps below.
Step 1: Choose Template Design
All templates can be customized to change the page layout design, fonts, color scheme, and background. Templates also include stock images based on the theme. Templates have interactive previews to help you select one that suits your needs from the template library.
Step 2: Submit Quote Request
Let us know all of the options you need. Please provide as much detail as possible. We don't charge by the hour. We charge based on your options.
Step 3: Review Quote
We will contact you to further discuss your needs and then email you an itemized quote. You can determine what to keep, add or remove to stay within your budget. If you don't have your own images, you can select stock images. Please contact us if you have any questions. We are personally available to assist you by phone or email.
Step 4: Complete Website Worksheet
After approving the quote, completing the information on our Website Worksheet will assist with gathering your content. Click the button to complete the worksheet online or download and email.
Step 5: Pay Setup & Design Deposit
Payment must be received before we begin to design your website. We accept all forms of payment - cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards. We do not offer any refunds after design work has begun because our time cannot be reclaimed. We have been designing websites for over 15 years and are confident that we can work together to obtain a mutual agreement.
Step 6: Preview Website
We can complete a Standard website within 1 week after receiving all of your content, images and payment. You will receive a preview link. During the preview process we will make minor changes to the existing design and page content. Major design changes or additional pages will require a new quote and payment. After you approve your website, we will connect your domain name.
Step 7: Register or Transfer A Domain Name
Our domain registration includes many value-added services. If you already have a domain, you can transfer your existing domain for all-in-one account management. No refunds after registering new domains. If you decide to cancel your website, you can transfer your domain for no charge.
Step 8: Setup Hosting Payment
You will receive a link to setup your monthly or annual website hosting. Hosting must be paid automatically via subscription services. There is not a contract but a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Step 9: Maintain Your Website
If you want to make your own changes, we will provide 1 hour of training. Additional help is available online. If you want us to make changes, we will send you an itemized quote for your requested changes.
